FAQ

What will I drive in these truck driving roles?

You’ll be assigned a modern tractor trailer setup with an automatic transmission (Volvo 2020+ and Freightliner 2023+). Trucks are governed around 72–75 mph to keep operations consistent and support safety.

What routes do you run for OTR and regional work?

We run OTR and regional routes across the lower 48, with Chicago as a primary freight hub. We do not run NY or CA, and our recruiter can confirm the best route options based on your preferred lanes and current load demand.

Where is the terminal, and can I park the truck?

The terminal is in Woodridge, IL, with truck pickup in Homer Glen, IL. You can leave the truck at the terminal or provide a safe parking address for approval.

What documents should I have ready to speed up the hiring process?

To keep the process moving for company drivers, have your valid CDL and basic qualifications details ready, along with your safety history for review. That helps our operations team confirm eligibility faster and get you a clear next step without dragging out your job search.

Do you hire team drivers?

Yes — we hire team drivers and solo company drivers. Tell the recruiter when you apply so we can match you to the right schedule and lanes for the current OTR and regional loads.
