The idea behind Sobotranz is simple: drivers deserve better than vague promises and last-minute surprises.
Our leadership team entered trucking young and learned the industry from the inside — starting on dispatch and building real logistics experience over the last 9 years.
Along the way, one thing stood out: the industry too often runs on pressure and disrespect. Sobotranz was created as a lean, driver-first operation focused on three non-negotiables — safety, on-time pay, and respect.
We keep things modest and straightforward. When a problem shows up, we don’t panic — we solve it. Because in trucking, there’s almost never just one right answer.
